Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve overall sales & marketing function and activities of the development projects with the aim of achieving the Company’s sales targets.
- Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning, implementing new sales plan and marketing strategies.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.

Finance Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company’s financial and accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate financial reports.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of overall accounting functions, including month-end closing, reviewing and reconciliations of fixed assets register, account receivable, account payable, and Financial Management operations of the business segments.
